Prepayment Policy

Prepayment Policy 

  • A prepaid deposit is required at the time you make a reservation for your pet(s.)
  • If the client does not show for the appointment and did not give cancellation a notice (at least 2 business days,) a $25 no-show fee per pet will be charged.
  • Clients giving the required, prior notice (at least 2 business days) will not be charged a no-show fee.
  • Payment may come in the form of cash, credit card, debit card, check, or money order.
